No mention of the steep steps down to the beach. Photos appear to indicate that the beach is on the same level as the house, which is definitely not the case. The elderly members of our group found it difficult to manage the steps down to the beach. It would have been good to know about this beforehand. We may have chosen another property if we had had a more realistic picture of the situation. Handrails all the way down would have helped.
The last 20 steps or so from the house down to the beach don't have a handrail. This made it impossible for the elderly members of our party to get to the beach and they were unable to share this aspect of our holiday with us.
Caretaker was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Scenery, the sea, reasonable prices.
Trip to Korcula was wonderful.
The villa is really comfortable and we loved being there. Swimming in the sea was a highlight for most of us.

Great pool & fabulous outdoor seating area. Poolside beach towels would have been a bonus. Lack of glasses for wine & soft drinks. Extra pillows would have been useful. Villa lovely but not brilliantly equipped. Local representative was friendly & helpful. Didn't really see the owner as he generally came round when we were still asleep.

Svært innholdsrik og sjarmerende villa med basseng som ligger omkranset av en frodig hage i rolige og vakre omgivelser kun 50 meter fra sjøen. Stor terrasse på framsiden av huset med vakker utsikt over sjøen, dette er en av våre desidert mest populære villaer.

Having breakfast and dinners in the beautiful patio. Enjoying the small beach just across the villa's gate at the sunset.
Everything was as we expected. We only had two problems, one was the air conditioning which seemed to cool the property very well during the day when we were not in it but at night it appeared to change to 'heating'and so made sleeping very difficult and the other problem was with ants in the kitchen no matter how careful we were to make sure no food was left around. Agent was extremely pleasant and helpful. Owner was also very pleasant when we were leaving

While the main house was fully air-conditioned, it was disappointing that the 2 bedrooms in the annexe did not have A/C - units were outside the bedroom areas. The agent was great and helped us find a bakery for birthday cakes, while the owner was unobtrusive and helpful regarding when the pool was cleaned. Extremely helpful service from Croatian Villas agent Katija.
: Having been before there were not too many surprises, but Istria was especially nice and not overcrowded, with an excellent road network.

: Nothing specifically culturally - the cave at Festini - Festinsko kraljevstvo - was nice as were 2 local restaurants - Konoba Puli Pineta and Restoran-Konoba Zminjka
Probably evening meals using the kitchen facilities and barbeque after visiting the market in Rovinj for fresh fish, meat and vegetables.
